- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to refinance our vehicle. Had our numbers set on the loan and needed to get information to finalize the loan the next day. The next day the loan officer was not ready for us at the specified time. Our rate jumped an entire percent because they did not research the vehicle. They put the loan in my name instead of my wife's like we wanted and cannot change it ! Poor service and bad communication.By Joseph Bristlin, October 17, 2016
